Unlock Your Potential with Our Exciting Opportunity Are you a registered nurse with a passion for optimizing reimbursement and ensuring the highest level of revenue integrity? Do you have experience as a Regional in the Long-Term Care (LTC) industry and a knack for coordinating strategic Assessment Reference Dates (ARDs) and completion dates? If so, we have an exceptional role for you as a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement. Join our team and become a subject matter expert in MDS completion and its impact on both care quality and revenue.

Position Highlights:

Play a pivotal role in optimizing reimbursement and tracking regions relevant data. Ensure compliance within a region for revenue integrity requirements, including Physician Certification/Recertification and Denial letters. Oversee chair revenue-related meetings and promptly respond to facility and regional team inquiries. Promote accurate IDT documentation and provide education to region. Oversee comprehensive care plans based on data collection and regulatory guidelines. Participate in oversight of new MDS coordinator interviews, orientation, and ongoing education.

Qualifications:

Registered nurse with 3+ years reimbursement or similar experience in the LTC industry (preferred). Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent written, verbal, and technological communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation abilities. In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing MDS and billing processes in the LTC setting. Ability to collaborate with IDT members at facility, regional, and corporate levels.
