Hospitality Team Lead Position Available In Hamilton, Tennessee

Hospitality Team Lead CHATT Foundation 727 East 11th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37403 Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, the Hospitality Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective operation of the Hospitality Department while providing direction, care, and service to the participants utilizing CHATT foundation services. Under the supervision of the Hospitality Manager, the Hospitality Team Lead will: Perform proper opening, closing, and supervision of the Community Center and Welcome Desk Create a warm, welcoming environment in the Community Center and Welcome Area Assist the Hospitality Manager in planning, coordinating, and running special events in the Community Center Maintain appropriate documentation of individuals receiving assistance in the Community Center Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe Community Center Assist in the cleaning of areas in the CF Community Center & Welcome area Conduct mail distribution, provide laundry and hygiene services, and assist participants with other needs as directed Assist the Hospitality Manager with preparation and execution of town hall meetings Give directions to new participants for other appropriate programs and agencies that provide homeless services Enforce CHATT foundation rules and regulation governing participant behavior and activities in the Community Center Assist volunteer groups and agencies to conduct events and activities in the Community Center Provide interview room access to outside agencies and personnel providing supportive services Assist other departments and programs of CHATT Foundation as needed Perform other duties as requested Regular and Predictable attendance Follows the procedures and policies of the

CHATT Foundation Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preference for higher education) One year of supervisory/managerial experience (preferred) Preferred experience monitoring large groups of people Preferred experience working with homeless populations Ability to handle crisis situations while maintaining professional composure and confidence Commitment to serving the participants of CHATT Foundation with compassion, dignity, and respect
