Knoxville Pediatric Dentistry has been serving the community for nearly 20 years, offering specialized dental care for children and adolescents in a warm, caring, and child-friendly environment. Our team of pediatric dentists has undergone additional training to address the unique dental needs of each patient. We focus on preventive care to help children establish and maintain healthy smiles that last a lifetime. The office serves infants, children, teens, and children with special healthcare needs in the Bearden and Farragut communities of Knoxville, Tennessee. We are looking for a warm, welcoming Patient Coordinator to join our team! We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for dental treatment Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history. Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger Update necessary documents into patient chart Outbound calls to patients for confirming upcoming appointments Additional duties as needed such as assisting with laundry, taking out the trash, refilling supplies in restrooms, and any other necessary tasks in our office

Requirements:
