Growing together. As a Lead Behavioral Health Clinician, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will provide patients with behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.
Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods Reviews the work of others and provides recommendations for improvement Develops innovative approaches and authorizes deviations from standards Sought out as expert and provides explanations / information to others on the most complex / critical issues Motivates and inspires other team members and serves as a leader/ mentor Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Preferred Qualifications:
