The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office management, particularly within a dental clinic setting, and will be responsible for ensuring efficient office procedures, managing staff, and providing exceptional administrative support. This role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of patient care and operational excellence. Duties Manage daily operations of the medical office, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Supervise and train office staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification processes. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate utilization management processes to optimize patient care delivery. Handle human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Maintain accurate patient records using practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Facilitate communication between medical staff, patients, and insurance providers to ensure seamless operations. Monitor managed care contracts and ensure compliance with all agreements. Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or a similar role within a dental clinic. Strong knowledge of utilization management principles and practices. Proficiency in office management software; experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff alike. Familiarity with human resources practices related to medical administrative support.
