Clinical Director Position Available In Maury, Tennessee

We’re seeking an experienced

• Clinical Director
• to oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient and inpatient mental health programs.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) with a solid leadership background, deep clinical expertise, and a passion for guiding both patients and clinicians toward long-term success. The Clinical Director plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care, staff development, and regulatory compliance across all treatment programs.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• + Providing leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to therapists, counselors, and other clinical team members.

+ Overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. + Ensuring all clinical services meet state licensing requirements, ethical standards, and best practices. + Conducting regular case reviews and provide clinical guidance and support to staff. + Leading efforts in staff training, onboarding, and continuing education. + Monitoring clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

• Qualifications
• + •Master’s degree•in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (Required) + •Active Tennessee licensure•as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (Required) + Minimum of •5 years of clinical experience•in behavioral or mental health settings + At least •2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role•+ Strong understanding of clinical modalities, treatment planning, and compliance standards + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills + Proven ability to lead with empathy and strategic insight •This position offers:•+ Competitive annual salary in the •$130,000•range (commensurate with experience) + Health, dental, and vision insurance + Paid time off and holidays + Continuing education opportunities and license reimbursement + Supportive leadership and positive workplace culture •

Pay Details:

• $120,000.
