Job Overview:

As a Clinic Lead Assistant at True Test, you will play a pivotal role in our clinic. This person will know each role within the clinic like the back of their hand. They will be happy to jump in and be a team player. This role will require you to be a right hand to the Clinic Lead ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient experience, while fostering a positive work environment for our staff. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted and proactive assistant to the Clinic Lead Float seamlessly between front desk, Pharmacy, and clinical support roles as needed Provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment Identify needs within the clinic and takes initiative without being prompted Support in development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and streamline workflow. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among clinic staff. Act as a liaison between clinic staff, management, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and problem-solving. Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinic leadership roles, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrated history of effectively managing clinic operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members. CPR certification and knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
