As a Patient Care Coordinator at Back 2 Basics Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and positive experience throughout their dental care journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Interaction:
Discussing treatment plans and addressing patient queries with clarity and empathy. Assisting patients in navigating their experience within the practice.
Administrative Tasks:
