About this role: As a Facility Administrator with FreseniusMedical Care, you will manage and oversee the daily operations ofthe dialysis clinic. You will collaborate with the Medical Directorand the Charge Nurse regarding the provision of quality patientcare in the dialysis clinic.

PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES CLINIC OPERATIONS
- Manages theoperations of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, andquality standards.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and developmentplans for all direct reports.
- Partners with internal HumanResources, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
- Collaborates with the Home Therapies Manager to oversee thefacility’s Home Therapies Program.
- Maintains integrity of medicaland operations records and complies with all data collections andauditing activities.
- Manages clinic financials includingefficient utilization of supplies or equipment and regular profitsand loss review.
- Responsible for all required network reportingand on-site state or federal surveys.
- Coordinatesinventory/supply management by reviewing monthly inventory countand approving purchase orders for necessary items to ensure costcontainment, timely distribution, and competitive pricing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
PATIENT CARE
- Collaborates closely with the Charge RN, the Medical Director, andphysicians regarding the direct patient care responsibilitieswithin the facility.
- Coordinates all aspects of patient care fromadmission through discharge of the patient.
- Monitors patient andfamily education regarding access care including medicalinstructions.
- Acts as a resource for the patient and family toaddress concerns and questions and reviews patient satisfactionsurveys.
STAFF:
- Participates in the selection and hiring of newteam members and ensures completion of new hiring orientation andmandatory trainings.
- Responsible for all patient care employeescompleting appropriate training courses and that licensures andcertifications are current.
- Provides support for all clinicalstaff members at regular intervals and encourages professionalgrowth.
- Maintains current knowledge regarding company benefits,policies, procedures, and processes.
- Completes employeeevaluations and establishes annual goals.
- Documents anydisciplinary actions and confers with the clinic Director ofOperations and Human Resources when needed.
- Manages staffscheduling and payroll.
PHYSICIANS
- Facilitates the applicationprocess for physician privileges and compliance with FreseniusMedical Care Medical Staff By-Laws.
- Responsible for strongphysician relationships and ensures regular and effectivecommunication.
- Participates in Governing Body, aninterdisciplinary team for each region including MSWs, Dietitians,MDs, DOs etc.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degreeor an equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- 4 years of business operationsexperience in a healthcare facility.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKINGCONDITIONS
- Day-to-day work includes desk and personal computerwork, facility staff, and physicians.
- Position may require travelbetween assigned facilities and various locations within thecommunity and/or travel to regional, business unit and corporatemeetings may be required.
- The work environment is characteristicof a healthcare facility with air temperature control and moderatenoise levels.
- May be exposed to infectious and contagiousdiseases/materials.
