Responsibilities:

Contacting family members for consent for care Contacting family members for private pay consent for care Effectively working with the scheduling team and director Reviewing patient care logs to ensure timely scheduling of services Updating internal database Meeting daily call targets

Requirements:

Individuals must be well-spoken, polite and courteous, and enjoy communicating with the public both through written and verbal communication. The ability to professionally write using proper grammar and punctuation One must be able to clearly, accurately, and concisely document interactions with clients and their families Attention to detail Arriving to work on time Reliable personal transportation to and from work
