Up to $155K (depending on experience)
Qualifications :
Must have TN Administrator license Must have Administrator experience Must have experience in long-term care Excellent leadership skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities :
Maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility. Maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for each staff position. Assist department directors in development and use of department policies and procedures and establish rapport in and between departments so that each can see the importance of teamwork. Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility. #4813
