Summary As a Patient Support Coordinator at Leafwell, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, particularly in relation to the printing and shipping of certifications and identification cards for our California customers. Your efficient time management and excellent organizational skills will contribute significantly to our mission of advancing the application of medical cannabis. Responsibilities Manage the printing and shipping process of certifications and identification cards for California customers. Follow up with customers regarding any issues with their photos or addresses for their ID cards. Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills in all tasks. Maintain a process-oriented approach to all duties, as well as excellent self-management. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or patient support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Familiarity with medical terminology and processes related to healthcare is a plus. Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions to patient inquiries. Multilingual abilities are an advantage but not mandatory.
