At Relief & Renew Center, we believe in delivering exceptional care and comfort to our patients who are suffering from conditions like neuropathy, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, and joint pain. We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team and be the welcoming face of our practice. This role combines administrative duties with hands-on therapy support to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk and Patient Relations:
Greet patients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Manage the reception area, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk. Collect and manage patient information, ensuring accurate data entry into our practice management system. Educate patients about treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and general information about the RENEW Healing Framework. Manage patient inquiries, including billing questions, treatment details, and insurance claims.
Therapy Assistance:
Assist with patient preparation for therapies. Monitor patient comfort during therapies, offering additional support where necessary. Provide basic therapy setup and equipment preparation under the supervision of the healthcare team. Document and communicate patient progress to the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
Office Administration:
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow and minimize wait times. Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and ensuring follow-up appointments are scheduled. Help maintain inventory of therapy and office supplies, ensuring treatment rooms are well-stocked and organized.
Communication and Teamwork:
Work closely with the Relief & Renew Center team to ensure patients receive a holistic and high-quality care experience. Communicate any patient concerns or needs to the clinical staff promptly and effectively. Assist with light marketing efforts, such as patient reminders, event coordination, and social media posts to maintain patient engagement.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant healthcare or therapy assistant experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Ability to multitask, handle sensitive patient information confidentially, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with basic office technology, including appointment scheduling software, email, and phone systems.
