- Friday Main job functions:
- Patient Scheduling
- Attention to detail for patient paperwork
- Making patient’s treatment schedule
- Faxing for and following up on medical records request

We have seven outpatient clinics located throughout Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Our healthcare services include FlexWorx Primary Care, Progressive Rehab physical therapy, Imaging Group of the Midsouth, Mt. Moriah Orthopedics, and Pathways Neurological Center. Our medical providers include primary care physicians as well as nurse practitioners, physical therapists, an orthopedic surgeon, neurosurgeon, and neurologist. Our providers treat patients that have musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries. We are expanding and are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a friendly attitude Schedule patients for doctor appointments and physical therapy appointments Reschedule patients daily if someone misses/cancels appt. Keep each patient chart up to date with treatment Answer phones and the ability to answer multi-line phone system Prepare charts for upcoming appointments Perform routine clerical tasks
Qualifications:
Must have ONE or more years of experience as a medical receptionist OR as an administrative office position. Able to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties Detail Oriented Excellent customer service in verbal and written communication throughout the organization Ability to manage your time efficiently Ability to work well with others by promoting positive working relationships Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Able to take initiative in handling different responsibilities and willingness to help others
