To date we have acquired New York Ketamine Infusions (NYKI), the largest ketamine infusion practice in the United States with 3 NYC Metro locations and Tennessee Ketamine and Wellness Center, a renowned ketamine infusion center in Nashville, TN.

Summary:

Clinical Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the practice. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Supervising staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance within the guidelines, policies, mission, values and goals of the organization and is accountable and responsible for specific projects as assigned. Role and Responsibilities Provide clinical support Direct, plan and coordinate the work of the staff including supervision and evaluation, training and team building Organize and attend weekly departmental meetings to maintain effective communication Ensure adequate and qualified staff to carry out delivery of services activities In consultation with the General Manager, responsible for the selection, hiring, coaching, and discipline of employees Ensure that organization policies and procedures are up to date and accurate and that they are being followed by organization staff Routinely assess staff members and overall organization’s compliance with policies and procedures, employee orientation expectations, employee handbook codes of ethics and conduct Investigate and respond to complaints by staff, grievances related to patients and their treatment at the practice; answer patient requests, letters and correspond as needed Serve as intermediary with Medical Director/APRN and pharmacy or other doctors involved in patient care as requested Oversee and assist with new employee orientation and training to ensure clarity and understanding of all organization policies, procedures and expectations Develop and maintain external collaborative relationships with local service providers; serve as a community liaison in order to promote the organization, goals, values and the services offered, develop presence within the community; learn about available resources available to patients within the community to create a cohesive collaborative approach to patient care and participate in community based meetings and committees Complete performance evaluations as assigned Ensure adherence to annual budget Order and manage supplies as needed Monitor and manage key performance indicators and metrics as requested Ensure that all documentation is being completed by clinicians in a timely manner Participate in the meetings and committees as requested Perform other duties as needed or requested by the General Manager Qualifications and Education Requirements Active nursing license in good standing Bachelor’s Degree preferred At least two (2) years of clinical experience required At least two (2) years of management experience preferred Previous experience with concierge medicine a plus Preferred Skills Demonstrated leadership, program development and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Computer literacy; typing skills, knowledge of EMRs, MS Word, MS Excel Ability to work with individuals and groups from diverse populations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively manage time to meet deadlines Represent the organization effectively and professionally when participating with community members Serve as a role model for other staff members to help maintain professionalism in the workplace including professional boundaries and codes of ethics Maintain and support the mission and goals of the organization Ability to build strong teams to meet performance goals Ability to understand KPIs and business metrics
