Position Details:

What you do in this role : Responsible for ensuring specialty programming is implemented Provides oversight to Help for Heroes therapists provides feedback and delivers training on skill enhancement for specialty population Ensures all interventions (individual, group, and family therapy) are performed and documented according to specialty program standards Actively participates in the complaint resolution process as needed Collaborates with leadership team members related to Facility operations and specialty programming Partners with Facility leadership to ensure appropriate data collection and outcome measures are gathered and reported for Help for

Heroes Qualifications:
Qualifications :

Master’s degree from an accredited school of Social Work or equivalent counseling program; additional years of experience may substitute for education. Previous experience in inpatient healthcare required. A knowledge of psychiatric, behavioral and substance abuse treatment principles required. Clinical experience working with military behavioral health, military patients (Active and Veteran), and first responders is preferred. Current unencumbered clinical Social Work or counseling license
