We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Pediatrics department to lead our clinical team and oversee day-to-day operations within our facility.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and efficiency Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and internal procedures Provide leadership, support, and training to clinical staff, including nurses and healthcare professionals Monitor patient care to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards Review and analyze medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Collaborate with administrative and clinical departments to streamline care coordination Educate staff on medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

Proven leadership abilities in a healthcare or medical office environment Ability to manage a fast-paced, challenging workplace with professionalism Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor Proficient in typing and general computer applications 3-5 years of experience in a medical office environment 0-2 years of experience in clinic-based nursing At least 2 years of experience or formal training in medical office procedures Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or nursing, preferred
