As a Health and Benefits Financial/Actuarial Director, you willserve as the financial lead for large, complex client assignments.

You’ll leverage your experience as a benefits financial/actuarialexpert to make strategic recommendations on funding, plan designand innovative financial solutions. You will apply your financialmanagement and data analytics expertise to solve complex clientproblems and to lead the development of new H&B intellectualcapital. Communicates and delivers complex concepts andfinancial/actuarial/analytic results to effectively drive clientaction and improve plan performance Leads Medium to Large clients’financial/actuarial engagements Develops and delivers thefinancial/actuarial strategy for a portfolio of Medium and/or Largeclients Drives revenue growth through client sales of additionalactuarial, financial, and/or risk solutions Provides consultingquality reviews and client delivery for all types offinancial/actuarial deliverables Guides team (regional and global)on deliverables based on client need; review models andpresentations for client delivery Builds relationships internallyand collaborates effectively on cross-functional teamsQualifications 10 years’ experience and demonstrated success in thedelivery of complex health and welfare financial/actuarialstrategies and analysis in a consulting or brokerage environmentProven ability to generate revenue Track record of success inmanaging and growing client relationships Deep understanding andexpert knowledge in all aspects of employee benefit plan design,underwriting and funding concepts Proven ability to lead dataanalytic projects Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast oflatest developments in health and welfare plan strategy and leadingthe development of new intellectual capital Ability to leveragejudgement and past experiences to predict which methods will workMultiple years of experience across one or multiple client segmentsAn executive presence with polished and well developed written andoral communication skills Superior ability to influence andcollaborate with senior management and work across all levels of anorganization Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly inExcel and PowerPoint State Life and Health license required within90 days of joining Actuarial designation and current continuingeducation (optional)

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefitsinformation for this position are being included in accordance withrequirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.

Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in thesame role based on several factors, including but not limited tolocation of the role, individual competencies,education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience,performance in the role and potential for revenue generation(Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensationrange being offered for this role is $140,000.00 to $200,000.00 USDper year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-termincentive bonus.
