Role:

• []{#_GoBack}The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for working closelywith the Manager of Adult Clinical Programs to provide oversight,structure, guidance, to clinicians.

This position is responsible formanaging vacation time, call-outs, conflicts, coverage, providing theappropriate supervision and guidance to a variety of clinicians. Inaddition, this position is responsible for working collaboratively withthe program manager in hiring new clinicians including pre-screening,interviewing schedule, and training. This position includes bothproviding clinical supervision, and direct clinical care. Direct clientcare includes evaluation, treatment, and consultation services toindividuals seeking clinical support. Clinical services include bothindividual and group psychotherapy.

• Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly individual supervision to direct reportsAttend all meetings as requested.

Participate in all trainings as requested by supervisorBe available for assistance to direct reports and broader team as neededEnsure that all evaluations for staff supervised are completed in atimely mannerEnsure that staff attend and are compliant in all mandatory trainingsPerformance management as necessaryCollaborate with community partners, provide community outreach,coordinate with external stakeholders as requested.

Maintains flexibility in being able to work with different individualsas needed due to potential staff shortages, emergencies, etc.

• Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in a Human Services Field (Counseling, Psychology, SocialWork, etc.

)Licensed or License Eligible in the State of VermontWilling to be Rostered as a non-licensed psychotherapist upon hire ifnot Licensed in VT.Previous experience providing services and support to adults with severeand persistent mental illness and/or substance use preferred.

Must be client centered, trauma informed, and recovery oriented.

Excellent interpersonal skillsMust have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation with personalautomobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandatedby the State of Vermont.

• Successful completion of a criminal history background check afterhire.
