The Project Executive role is to effectively manageour Healthcare and Life Sciences portfolio, including both smalland large scale projects from discovery and design to developmentand implementation. A Project Executive is responsible for all ofthe duties performed by the Project Manager as well as thefollowing: Responsibilities Maintains adherence to HITT’s standardsof safety Ensures the all job processes are followed in accordancewith HITT policies Negotiates terms and conditions of contractswith clients Monitors the progress of each project through updatedschedules Ensures that the project Quality Control Plan is followedAssists that project staff in resolving scope problems withsubcontractors Ensures proper assignment and evaluation of fieldpersonnel both within the project team and throughout the companyIdentifies and negotiates time extensions where justified andallowed Acquires new work as well as maintaining existing clientsMaintains positive relationships with the subcontractor communityEnsures timely completion of closeout process Leads thepreconstruction and RFP package effort with the help of thePreconstruction Department and/or other company resources Delegatesresponsibility when necessary to ensure that the project/tasks runsmoothly Qualifications 10 years of experience in commercialconstruction, including experience with a commercial generalcontractor Prior healthcare construction project experiencerequired A four-year degree from an accredited university with aconcentration in construction, engineering, or business is stronglypreferred. In lieu of a degree, additional work experience isacceptable. Previous experience in a project management role withthe ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneouslyAbility to master sector/project-specific software systemsincluding but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex.
