Responsibilities Project Management Activities:
Perform project management tasks under the guidance of highly experienced project or program managers.
Manage organizational projects, varying in size and complexity, from small to medium sized initiatives with low to moderate complexity.
Lead cross-functional projects that span multiple business units.
Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project goals.
Projects will frequently necessitate engaging with remote staff and collaborating with vendors to achieve the assigned project objectives.
Lead project discovery activities (e.g. request for proposals, business case development, security risk assessment).
Project Planning and Work Breakdown:
Build project plans down to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) level, involving team participation.
Create detailed schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Budget Management and Risk Mitigation:
Develop and manage project budgets.
Address project issues, risks, decisions, and assumptions.
Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Strategic Alignment:
Analyze project proposals, considering time frames, funding constraints, and appropriate processes.
Ensure project goals align with overall business objectives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher
