PROGRAM MANAGER PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Program Managers purpose is to manage the day to day activities of the facility and their assigned programs (Examples include: Youth Sports Leagues, Adult Sports Leagues, Court Rentals and the like) including but not limited to all profit centers for each of their assigned leagues and or sport categories, companywide customer service, staff management including officials and coaches, online an public presence, marketing and selling the program league or clinic, program goals, growth and customer/team retention, club team/AAU growth and retention, and the assistance with coordination of large facility expo and events. This role also includes growing our club’s sports beyond our home site in Bedford

NH. PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Enforcing business operations/processes/procedures, autonomously selling and running individual leagues, fulfilling “Manager on Duty” (MOD) shifts, basic website updates and management, software system management, managing customer service experience and general public reception of all assigned offerings, programs, events and tournaments. The Program Manager is responsible for reporting back to the EDS on all priority day-to-day issues and ensuring the business is functioning at peak capacity, growing, company processes and procedures are being enforced, goals are being met, and customers/members are satisfied with their experience each time they visit our facility.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS

This position requires computer work, and the ability to work a minimum of 4 to 12-hour shifts. It also requires the ability to work nights and weekends.

COMPENSATION

The NH Sportsplex offers our Program Managers and Club Managers a competitive base salary, as well as major medical insurance, dental, 401K, and participation in the company’s performance-based bonus program.
