What You’ll Be Doing:

Member Communication & Care Coordination Be the first and last warm welcome members receive—both in person and virtually Manage all communication touchpoints: texts, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups Guide potential new members through our process, help them understand the value of care, and enroll them confidently (sales with heart!) Keep our care plans and scheduling running seamlessly Office & Environment Management Maintain the rhythm and vibe of the healing space Keep everything stocked, organized, and flowing smoothly Coordinate directly with the doctors and ensure nothing slips through the cracks HR & Team Operations Support hiring, onboarding, and communication with additional team members as we grow Assist in refining our systems, culture, and values from the inside out Help foster a team environment rooted in clarity, communication, and heart Sales & Member Growth Understand and communicate the deep value of our care with clarity and confidence Support growth through intentional conversations, care plan conversions, and community outreach Track retention and membership progress to ensure every family feels seen and supported Marketing & Community Engagement Manage and create content for social media, our blog, monthly newsletter, website, and app Help bring our message to more families through authentic outreach and brand presence Coordinate community events and partnerships to expand our impact

What You Bring:

Stellar verbal and written communication Confidence in leading sales conversations with warmth and clarity Natural leadership and a heart for supporting a growing team Experience with scheduling, email systems, spreadsheets, or a willingness to learn A love for children, families, and meaningful connection
