Job Summary Serves as a liaison to employers to advance development of Business Health partnerships. Assists the director and practice manager with performing activities designed to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with employers. Assists in identifying prospective employers with which physician practices may develop business relationships. Responds to inquiries from employers and insures quality and efficiency of services offered. Provides feedback and input on marketing and customer service. Serves as a customer service advocate and representative. Possesses complete understanding and knowlege of the various client agreements/contracts. Assists with the daily operation of medical centers and occupational services provided onsite; assists the physician practice manager with the daily operation of occupational services provided at the physician practice. Provides Kronos timekeeping, coordinates scheduling. Orders supplies, vaccines, medications for onsite medical centers and services. Reviews invoices for accuracy. Minimum Requirements Education – High School Diploma Experience – Five (5) years as an office coordinator or supervisor specific to primary healthcare or occupational healthcare offices In Lieu Of In lieu of five (5) years experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or social/behavioral science and two (2) years of experience as an office coordinator or supervisor specific to primary healthcare or occupational healthcare offices may be considered.
