Full-Time Hearing Instrument Specialist

We are looking for a proven and talented Hearing Instrument Specialist to join us in our Team. Our patient centric approach is second to none and we are looking for individuals who share and embrace that passion to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Professional interaction with patients & physicians
• Working with staff to meet or exceed office goals
• Educate patients on their hearing issues and demonstrate compassion in helping improve the quality of life
• Knowledgeable of different hearing aid products offering the latest technology and accessories
• Fit hearing aids and provide aftercare support
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hearing aid fitting / dispensing
• Host outreach events, marketing campaigns and assist in growing the practice

Qualifications:

• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (NBC-HIS) or equivalent
• Understanding and experience with hearing aid products and service
• Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about helping people hear better!
• Expertise in helping patients in the process of choosing amplification
