Position primarily for Metairie location; however, travel may be required between all 3 locations on occasion (Mandeville, Metairie, and Biloxi).
Responsibilities include:
Specimen handling, storage, ID, h&e staining, labeling slides Frozen sections “en face” Maintenance of materials and equipment Maintain / update OSHA and CLIA records Record daily temperatures of cryostat machine Maintain quality control logs for slide review Perform related work as required Conform to all applicable HIPAA and safety guidelines Email resume only…no phone calls!
