The RCA’s interact directly with residents by providing comfort, interaction and assisting them with daily living needs. We are searching for dedicated and compassionate individuals who have a passion for working in a retirement community. Kirkwood is known for our outstanding RCA to Resident ratio, which is one of the best in the Birmingham area.

Successful Candidates will:

Be at least 18 years old; Speak, read and understand English; Be able to perform the essential functions outlined in the job description; Have a positive attitude and able to interact well with other employees Be CPR Certified (preferred). Kirkwood by the River (Full-Time employees only): Offers compensation that is competitive and commensurate with experience.
