Safe work environment On-the-job training Growth opportunities Caregivers must comply with state background screen requirements. Effective 3/1/2023, there will be a $200.00 hiring bonus. The Bonus eligibility will be based on working for at least 90 days following the first shift, with at least 180 hours worked. bonuses will be paid within 30 days of reaching eligibility. New caregivers as well as previous caregivers who have not worked with Hands of Standard LLC in the last 12 months will be eligible for a bonus.
