The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home setting. This role requires a blend of personal care skills, empathy, and professionalism. Duties As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that may include: Assisting clients with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition Providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Supporting clients with mobility and physical activities Observing and documenting patient conditions, including vital signs and changes in health status Maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being Assisting with hospice care as needed, ensuring comfort during end-of-life stages Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living environments is preferred Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and patient observation techniques Certification in CPR is highly desirable Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
