Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Monitor and document patients’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Assist with mobility and physical activities as needed, ensuring safety at all times. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Skills Proficient in meal preparation, ensuring healthy options are available for clients. Experience in home health care settings is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with patient needs.
