Direct Support Professional – IMMEDIATE STARTS! 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Watertown, CT 06795 Our client, a Non-Profit Healthcare Organization in Watertown, CT, is in need of Direct Support Professionals/Residential Program Workers for a variety of shifts. First, second and third shifts available. This would be working a 2-3 month contract period with the ability to convert to permanent employment following the contract! The DSP/RPW will be working with individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. This is a union based role which provides outstanding benefits, annual increases and job security! Starting pay is $18.50-$19.40/hour depending on the shift. Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED At least age 18 Valid driver’s license The DSP/RPW provides a range of services for individuals based on their needs, in their home and in their community. This includes but is not limited to personal care, domestic household services, personal appointments, medical appointments, vocational services, community activities, supervision within the home, and other tasks based upon their individual goals.
