About the Job We are looking for compassionate and dependable Residential Program Workers (RPW) to join the teams at one of our 65 Group Homes throughout Connecticut! This position provides an opportunity to develop skills in patient observation, medication distribution and recreational therapy. The position will also be an excellent fit for anyone looking to gain experience in home and community care settings, including group homes and nursing facilities.

Monitoring health status, administering medications, and implementing care plans accurately.

Assisting with mobility support and daily living activities, which can be physically demanding.
Problem-Solving Skills :
Adapting to various situations and finding solutions to meet clients’ needs. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ health status. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including specialized care for a variety of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

$18.50 – $19.40 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
