Care Connect, LLC is currently seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Personal Care Assistant to support a client in Danbury, CT . Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on home care experience and reliable transportation . Job Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Light housekeeping and laundry Meal preparation and feeding assistance based on dietary needs Medication reminders (no administration) Mobility and transfer support, including fall prevention Companionship and routine monitoring Clear daily documentation and communication with office staff Occasional transportation for errands or medical appointments

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care, PCA, or caregiving roles Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required Ability to pass background checks (state, national, and OIG) Authorized to work in the United States Dependable, professional, and respectful in a private home setting Strong communication and time management skills
