Additionally, our ideal Medical Social Worker (MSW) will counsel and refer our patients to appropriate available community resources to enable them to remain safe in their home environment. Requirements :
Master’s Degree from a college accredited by the Council of Social Work Education Minimum of 1 year experience in a health care setting. Ability to function efficiently in a stressful work environment. Valid driver’s license for the agency state of operation or surrounding area with appropriate auto insurance 1 year Home Health experience
