As a Medical Social Worker (MSW) , you will provide social case work to our patients whose social/emotional/financial problems impede the treatment of their illness. Requirements :
Master’s Degree from a college accredited by the Council of Social Work Education Minimum of 1 year experience in a health care setting. Ability to function efficiently in a stressful work environment. Valid driver’s license for the agency state of operation or surrounding area with appropriate auto insurance 1 year Home Health experience
