Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and client preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing client’s living space
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience as a home health aide or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients of all ages and special needs
