Summary We are seeking a Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at All Staff Health Services, Inc. This role is essential in providing personal care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. Located in Broward and Dade Counties, this position plays a vital part in our commitment to quality home health care. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor patient health by observing physical and emotional conditions. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical equipment. Help clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate lifting techniques. Document patient progress and report any changes to nursing staff or family members. Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Requirements Certified Home Health Aide or equivalent experience preferred. Current CPR certification required. Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition effectively. Compassionate attitude towards elderly and disabled individuals. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus.
