Home Health Aide- Independent Contractor Private Duty In-Home Care Broward County, FL Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes or community settings. The ideal candidate will have experience with Home Health, memory care, or home care environments and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort while promoting independence. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, toileting, assistance with transfers. Support clients in daily living activities including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment. Help clients with mobility and as directed by healthcare professionals. Monitor and document client health status, including any changes in behavior or condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering positive relationships. Assist individuals with disabilities in navigating their daily routines and activities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Ensure the safety of clients by adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Requirements Ability to perform tasks effectively while maintaining a safe environment for clients. Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse populations. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required by client needs. AHCA standards are required for Contractors. HHA license, CEU’s, CPR, Level 2, State License, Physical.
