Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Support residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents through companionship and social interaction. Assist with medication management if certified as a Med Tech. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
Qualifications:
