Caregiver Responsibilities:
Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, laundry and light housekeeping
Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments, beauty shops, etc.
Caregiver Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistance license (preferred)
Companionship and Personal Care experience
A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others
Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within Gainesville and the surrounding area
Up-to-date car insurance in your name and valid FL Driver’s License, this job requires employee to driver personal vehicle to various work sites locations as required by the employer. Ability to pass background checks and work-related references
Requires the ability to adapt to a variety of home environments (including working in homes with pets and smokers) and provide homemaker companion and personal care services to our clients.
Position frequently requires movement in the full range of physical motion.
Position requires frequently lifting light to medium objects. High School Diploma or Equivalent

Employer does not provide required reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
Position requires driving on a regular basis, employer does a DMV records check
Willing to drive to private homes in the area to perform the duties of this position
be willing to drive in excess of 30 miles to service clients
