Arcadia, FL 34266 Job Summary As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about helping others. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with mobility and lifting clients as needed to ensure their safety and comfort. Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundering to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary. Support clients in engaging in activities that promote their independence and quality of life. Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to meet individual client needs. Skills Strong ability to clean and maintain a safe living environment for clients.
