Home Health Aide CeeQun Inc Jacksonville, FL 32254 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care, nursing homes, or similar environments and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure safety if needed. Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Help with meal preparation and feeding as required. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Assist individuals with disabilities in daily tasks, fostering independence. Requirements Previous experience in home care, nursing home settings, or patient care is preferred. Strong understanding of medical terminology and caregiving practices. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while following proper techniques. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to senior care and assisting those with disabilities. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
