Direct Support Professional Paragon Care Inc 807 Hillside Terrace, Brandon, FL 33511 Paragon Care, Inc is seeking suitable candidates for our direct care staff position at our group homes in Brandon, Plant City, Tampa and Seffner.

Job Duties Include:

Cleaning and sanitizing home Preparing meals Reporting changes in consumers on communication logs, body check sheets and incident reports Coordinate activities both indoors and around the community Sit, stand, walk, bend, lift and move intermittently during working hours Regular contact with service recipients, staff, family members and the general public May be subject to physically aggressive and/or emotionally upset individuals Required training: Zero Tolerance Direct Care Core Competencies CPR/First Aid

HIV/AIDS HIPAA

High School Diploma or GED Successful completion of level 2 background Strong decision making, problem solving, and judgment skills Ability to remain objective in various situations Effective communication skills (written and oral) Ability to read, write and speak English Willingness to take initiative and adapt to circumstances At least 1 year experience working in field of residential group homes, health care Other required documents: Local Background Check Level 2
