You’ll be the go-to person when management is off-duty, so confidence and the ability to handle any situation solo are a must. If you’re dependable, resourceful, and ready to take charge, you’ll be a perfect fit for our weekend crew and you’ll be our weekend worrier!

Duties and Responsibilities:

condition, areas of behavior, daily living.

• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Taking clients to their medical appointments.
• Plan, purchase, prepare or serve meals to clients according to prescribed diets.
• Perform housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, washing clothes or dishes and running errands.
• Administer prescribed medication as needed for each client as needed, follow protocol for disposal of medications.
• Maintain a safe, clean and supportive environment is for residents.
• Provide bathing and dressing assistance and personal care.
• Report all incidents of abuse/neglect in accordance with the Disabled Abuse Act, to the abuse registry.
• Encourage clients to participate in recreational activities and events.

Qualifications for the job:

Education:

High School, Associate degree or experience equivalent to degree.

Experience:

1 years of work experience in related field.

Other:

Valid driver’s license with no suspensions for the past 3 years.
