Our team of dentists, myofunctional and oral motor therapists, occupational therapists, and postural physical medicine therapists share a mission: to empower whole-body healing through compassionate and comprehensive care. As a clinical team member, you will help maintain a calm, supportive environment in the clinical areas of the office and work side-by-side with providers to ensure smooth, personalized care. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported, informed, and at ease throughout their care journey. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly and lead them to their assigned room. Assist providers with evaluations, record taking, and procedures. Prepare and clean treatment rooms between patients. Schedule follow up appointments as needed. Record detailed notes and organize patient records. Educate patients and families on expectations and post-op care. Track supplies, sterilize instruments, and help manage patient flow. Provide administrative support. Assist in maintaining smooth daily work flow. Ideal Candidate Possesses prior experience in a healthcare support role or similar environment. Has a positive attitude and strong drive toward helping others. Calm, grounded presence with a compassionate communication style. Comfortable with technology and electronic scheduling systems. Comfortable working with babies, children, and adults. Quick learner with attention to detail and hygiene protocols. Open to learning about integrative and holistic health modalities. Fluency in English/Spanish a plus but not required.
