Represent the company to clients and leads. Support efficient office operations. Salary plus bonuses.
Responsibilities :
Build and maintain client relationships. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Manage calendars and schedule appointments. Assist with general office duties (phone calls, emails). Make follow-up and satisfaction calls to clients. Set appointments and describe services to clients.
Skills :
Strong organizational and customer service skills. Previous home health marketing experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Professional appearance and behavior. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Requirements :
Experience in an office environment. Ability to pass a background screening. Preferred experience with ClearCare and at a Home Health Agency. Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines).
