Home Health Aide CeeQun Inc Ocala, FL 34470 Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly those with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or requiring assistance with daily living activities. This position requires a commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a home environment. Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and feeding. Launder clothing and linens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions or behaviors to healthcare professionals. Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed. Clean living areas, ensuring a safe and tidy environment for clients. Engage with clients in meaningful activities that promote their well-being. Experience Previous experience in home health care or assisted living is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with patient observation techniques and medical record keeping is advantageous. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
