Role:

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to support clients with daily living activities and help them age safely and comfortably in their homes. This is a non-medical support role , and no previous experience is required—we’ll provide the training. If you have a heart for helping others and need flexible hours, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Help with bathing, grooming, and dressing Offer companionship and social interaction Light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dusting) Prepare basic meals and snacks (no cooking or baking required) Grocery shopping and errands Provide safe transportation to appointments or recreational outings Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.) Assist with self-administration of medications Keep accurate documentation of services provided and any changes in condition

Requirements:

Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility Dependable transportation Completion of Florida-required trainings (can be completed after hire):

Assistance with Self-Administration of Meds Must pass a Level 2 background check (required by Florida law for direct care workers)
