Home Health Aide Essential Companion Services LLC Orlando, FL 32806 Are you an independent contractor? Do you like being your own boss? Essential Companion Services LLC is a nurse registry in Orlando, FL looking for HHA, or CNA for the Oviedo area. We need someone who is able to work independently, to join our team. We are only interested in compassionate, caring, and flexible individuals willing to put the patient first. If this is you, then we’d love to get you registered with us. Ideal candidates are experienced, motivated, self-starter, and is punctual. Responsibilities
- Supervise physical and mental patient health
- Effectively communicate any dietary or medical needs to family and staff
- Bathing/dressing
- Experience taking care of bedbound patients.
- Light cleaning and meal prep
- Some lift experience may be required
- Great bedside manner/able to carry conversation for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation/punctuality
- Experience with geriatric care/dementia/Alzheimer’s Qualifications
- Experience as an HHA/CNA/Companion
- Exceptional bedside manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cell phone skills to navigate our homebase app
- Knowledgeable of nutrition and hygiene standards as they apply
- Must be able to pass level II background screen
- Reliable transportation

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 – $20.00/hour.
