Responsibilities Provide daily routine care with both ADL and IADL as indicated in the Plan of Care. Assignment to case will be contingent on the level of care competency of an individual Engage the client in conversation and activities to provide a stimulating and enhanced environment, giving those you care for assurance and socialization Cleans rooms and clients beds Answer client’s calls Provide client transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping provide medical reminders Document all task activity for every shift in ClearCare Communicate clearly to both client and management personnel Qualifications Current HHA/CNA licensing/certifications and registered to work in Palm Beach County Valid Driver’s License and insurance with clean driving record Ability to pass background check, including Level 2 Compassionate and caring demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology Ability to work well in teams Updated in-service Proof of residency
